New starter in the same neobrutalism style. But now it`s for family with 6 sims. I made it for a family with 4 adults and 2 children. That`s why it has 2 cribs for babies bedrooms, two bedrooms for adults with two separated beds and one double. The house also contains kitchen with dining room, toilet room with shower, living room with bookcase, two sofas and TV, a little inner garden with easel and lounge chair.

Hi all! Now I tried to do something modern. Aaand here it is! It`s a starter home build in so non popular neobrutalizm style. It`s for a big family with 8 adult sims. That`s why I named it Condominium eight. It has 8 bedrooms with bed for each personage, kitchen with dining room, toilet room with shower, living room with bookcase and TV, a garden with vegatables, a little patio and even a fireplace!
